Amid the pace of London Fashion Week, Modern Circuit — a collaboration between Nosakhari and artist- designer Tega Akinola — asserted itself with quiet authority.
Unveiled at 228 Brick Lane, the launch drew editors, buyers and members of London’s creative community into an intentionally stripped-back, gallery-style setting. Across the private view and subsequent public days, the work sustained attention. Guests gathered closely around each piece, studying exposed wire structures and visible joins — construction made unapologetically visible.
At its centre is the Butler crossbody, first conceived in 2022 and now re-engineered through Akinola’s sculptural wire language. Structured leather panels intersect with tension points and bends, shifting the silhouette from accessory to object — built, architectural and uncompromising.
Handcrafted in Nosakhari’s Hackney atelier from repurposed leather offcuts, each piece is defined by material integrity and an uncompromising approach to form.
Following its London debut, Modern Circuit will be available to purchase online at Nosakhari.com from 1 March 2026 for a strictly limited 48-hour window, with an in-store presentation in Paris to follow (details to be announced).
